MUSICAL DIRECTOR: Russell Scott

Lateral Flow Tests & Track and Trace

It is a requirement all members undertake a Lateral Flow Test on the day of rehearsal and submit the result to the NHS system.
          a) Lateral Flow Tests can be obtained from your local pharmacy (free of charge) or via the NHS here
          b) After taking your test, you should submit your test result here.

Members will be asked to present their result (received by email and/or SMS message after submitting your test results) upon entry to all rehearsals unless otherwise advised.

Members should allow plenty of time to arrive at rehearsal so they can start on time.

Members should download the NHS COVID-19 app on their mobile device and use it to scan in for Track and Trace upon entry to rehearsals.   Whilst this is not an essential requirement (as we will be taking registers), it is useful.

It is ESSENTIAL all members adhere to the requirements for attending rehearsals to ensure the safest possible environment for everyone. Please note that failure to meet requirements may result in you not being able to attend rehearsal.
