Ola Gjeilo, “The Ground”. Simple, beautiful, anthemic, spine tingly, key changes are so wonderful. Not sure if backing available though.

Tom Lehrer. I wish I were singing his Christmas Carol after all the others.
He’s taken off his copyright too.

Does anyone know’Sure on this Shining Night’ by Morten Lauridsen – so beautiful it makes me cry! But listen to the words.

I would love to do Sing the Body Electric from Fame, anything from Godspell and will always vote for Eric Whitacre’s Seal Lullaby, Jay Ungar’s Ashokan Farewell and of course Lux Aeterna 😉
-
I have a full orchestral track of I Sing The Body Electric which I had written for a show I produced a few years ago in the West End…. Sounded amazing! I also produced Godspell in the West End – ha! Good choices!
-
I had never heard Sing the Body Electric until I started listening to Magic at the Musicals. It’s an amazing piece! I will admit to knowing about Godspell as we have a mutual friend!

Manhattan Transfer and Pentatronix Christmas songs. Loads of harmony.
Elvis Presley collection, Tommy opera by the Who, collection of the Eagles are a few suggestions.

Rogers & Hammerstein or Lerner & Loewe (love the score for Gigi!) and Cole Porter get my vote 😊
